1. Order Processing

All premium home goods orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & federal holidays). We use shockproof luxury packaging to protect delicate ceramic, glass and solid wood pieces. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping Options (US)

  • Standard Ground: Free for orders over $120; 3–7 business days transit
  • Expedited Air: $19.99 flat fee; 2–4 business days transit
  • White-Glove Delivery (Oversized Goods): Curbside drop-off + packaging removal for bulky home items, rate calculated at checkout

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide with duties & taxes pre-calculated at checkout. Transit takes 7–18 business days, fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

4. Delivery Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates; delays from courier, weather or customs are beyond our control. All parcels carry full insurance. Contact support@[yourbrand].com for tracking inquiries, response within 24 working hours.

5. Damaged Shipment

If items arrive damaged, share photos of packaging & defects within 48 hours of delivery, we arrange free re-delivery or full refund without restocking fees.
